Advanced Pyrolysis Technology
Converting post-industrial clean plastic into premium EN590-grade diesel and industrial carbon black through thermal decomposition.
What is Pyrolysis?
Pyrolysis is a thermal decomposition process that occurs in the absence of oxygen. When plastic waste is heated to high temperatures (typically 400-600°C) without oxygen, the long polymer chains break down into smaller hydrocarbon molecules.
These smaller molecules can then be condensed into liquid fuels, primarily diesel and other petroleum products. The process also produces carbon black, a valuable industrial material used in tires, inks, and plastics.

The Process
Our four-stage process ensures maximum efficiency and output quality
INPUT - Post Industrial Clean Plastic
We source and process clean post-industrial plastic waste, including HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PS. The plastic is sorted, cleaned, and prepared for the pyrolysis process. Our feedstock quality control ensures consistent output quality.

PROCESS - Thermal Decomposition
The plastic enters our advanced pyrolysis reactor where it is heated to 400-600°C in an oxygen-free environment. The polymer chains break down into smaller hydrocarbon molecules, producing gases that are then condensed into liquid fuel.

REFINE - Cleaning & Refinery
The condensed hydrocarbons undergo a refining process to remove impurities and achieve EN590 standards. Our multi-stage purification system ensures the highest quality output meeting European fuel specifications.

OUTPUT - Premium Products
The final output consists of 85% EN590-grade diesel fuel and 15% industrial carbon black. Both products are market-ready and meet industry standards for their respective applications.

Product Output
Our process produces two valuable products from plastic waste
